In the project “Good Food for All”, the project leads — the joint municipality of Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf, ÖKORegio e. V. sowie die Öko-Modellregion Heideregion Uelzen in verschiedenen Formaten an der Förderung ÖKORegio e.V., and the Organic Model Region Heideregion Uelzen — are working together in various formats to promote and shape healthy eating in two primary schools within the joint municipality.
Through its diverse learning environments — field, canteen, and café — the project creates opportunities for local participatory experimental spaces that are intended to serve as long-term venues for nutrition education, interpersonal encounters, and social participation.
Founded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung developed and tested concepts to other educational and childcare institutions. The goal is to better anchor nutrition education within municipal education settings, promote sustainably healthy eating habits, and raise awareness about the value chain of food on a broader scale.
nexus supports the project by providing process facilitation, including professional consulting, designing tailored methods, and preparing, moderating, and following up on the workshops and participatory educational activities planned within the project.
