We have celebrated 20 years nexus Institute looking back on two decades of exciting projects, experiences, encounters and forward to new challenges. Our big summer party took place in the new office rooms and garden in the „Villa Morgenroth“ in Berlin-Dahlem, close to the Botanical Garden. Directors Prof. Hans Dienel and Prof. Christiane Dienel welcomed more than 100 guests who enjoyed drinks, live music and tasty food together with the nexus team and friends. Prof. Dr. Paul Nolte encouraged us with his keynote speech „What’s next with Democracy?“. The highlight of the festival was the new tool „balloon participation“ – balloons rose into the Berlin sky and give the opportunity to 100 citizens to participate in the development of our democracy.
