The consortium of Erasmus+ Project ACTion* organised an online policy event on 13.12.2023 in order to invite coordinators of different Erasmus+ projects that were approved in the framework of the same call for proposals (KA3 Social Inclusion) to share experiences and insights related to the development of policy recommendations.
In the event, more than 25 projects were represented covering different topics and different target groups, from primary school students to juvenile inmates. The project coordinators that joined the event came from 14 different countries.
After the introduction of each participant, the project coordinator nexus presented the main results and achievements of ACTIon project. This was followed by the presentation of the policy recommendations of ACTIon project as they were compiled in the framework of the final conference in Zagreb in September 2023. Additionally, the process of the formulation of policy recommendations was explained to the participants.
In the next phase of the event, the participants were divided into break-out rooms and had the chance to exchange experience and discuss how they proceeded with the policy recommendations, what they have achieved and what was challenging. The participants were also asked to briefly present the results of their project and the recommendations produced as part of their project.
The event was a unique opportunity for project coordinators to come together and discuss the results and approaches of their project. They were able to share approaches to contact policy makers as well as challenges related with ensuring the impact of the recommendations.
