The aim of the project is the conception, content and methodological development, implementation and evaluation of a multi-stakeholder online survey on behalf of the Elbe-Elster Clinic and the district of Elbe-Elster as a shareholder of the clinic.

The survey comprises a combined set of questionnaires, which will be implemented as a multi-stakeholder online survey supplemented by a paper-pencil citizen survey to capture ideas and perceptions on the further development of healthcare at the Finsterwalde, Elsterwerda and Herzberg clinic locations. Citizens are surveyed once in an online questionnaire, which has also been published as a paper-pencil questionnaire via the Kreisanzeiger in a print run of 50,000 and can be handed in at various central points at the three locations. Furthermore, an online and paper-pencil survey of clinic employees at the three locations is being conducted, as well as an online survey of healthcare partners in the district. These were contacted centrally via the hospital. The online survey is embedded in a website created by the client and contains background information on the topic of the questionnaire “Future of healthcare in the Elbe-Elster district”. The results are analysed by location and target group and summarised in a results report. Optionally, the results can be presented in a poster suitable for the target group and embedded in a website, which is created by the client and contains background information on the topic of the questionnaire “Future of healthcare in the Elbe-Elster district”.
