“Good and safe care is an indispensable part of the provision of services of general interest. A sustainable perspective for good nursing care and nursing conditions in Berlin is to be developed in the context of a “Nursing 2030” dialogue process with urban society and those affected. The dialogue “Nursing 2030” is designed as a cross-generational and future-oriented dialogue between citizens and politics. The focus of the project is not only on those people who are already concerned with the topic of “care” today, but also on those citizens who are not yet concerned with the topic today.
In the 2019 project phase, a dialogue basket was developed and produced. The dialogue basket is a collection of methods to facilitate the outreach activities of citizens. Finally, in the 2019 project phase, the materials were tested in an administrative training course and in two workshops in the school setting.
The aim of the next project phase is to broadly roll out the participation formats developed and tested and to prepare the results in such a way that they can be taken into account for future policy-making. A total of 27 events with six different formats are planned for 2020.
The final planning cell with randomly selected citizens has the goal of viewing, focusing and evaluating the participation results collected so far.
