Im Zentrum von KIDD stehen mehrere Praxisprojekte in Kooperation mit vier Unternehmen. Sie erproben einen co-kreativen Prozess zur Einf\u00fchrung eines digitalen Systems unter Einbeziehung einer m\u00f6glichst vielf\u00e4ltigen Zusammensetzung an Mitarbeiter:innen und Expert:innen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Deine Aufgaben:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protokollieren von Sitzungen und Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung der Moderation von Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Assistenz bei Schulungen zu Diversit\u00e4t, Partizipation und KI<\/li>\n<li>Durchf\u00fchrung von Recherchen<\/li>\n<li>qualitative Analyse von Interviews (Transkription, Codierung)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Kompetenzen \/ Kenntnisse \/ Interessen: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Bewerber:in sollte \u00fcber ein ausgepr\u00e4gtes Interesse in den Themen Partizipation und Engagement und\/oder Digitalisierung, Algorithmen und K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sorgf\u00e4ltige und selbstst\u00e4ndige Arbeitsweise<\/li>\n<li>Ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksf\u00e4higkeit in Wort und Schrift in Deutscher Sprache<\/li>\n<li>Interesse am Themenfeld Diversit\u00e4t von Vorteil<\/li>\n<li>Organisationstalent<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e4t, schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Stellenumfang und Dauer:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt dauert bis zum 30. September 2023. Eine Besch\u00e4ftigung bis zum Ende des Projektlaufzeit ist w\u00fcnschenswert. Der Stellenumfang sind 10 (ggf.15h)\/Woche. Tarifliche Bezahlung. Die Stelle soll zum 1.
