Die vom nexus Institut durchgef\u00fchrte \u201ePartizipative Projektevaluation von Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung in der Lebenswelt Wohn- und Werkst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderungen\u201c wird im Rahmen des Angebots des Verbands der Ersatzkassen e. V. (vdek) \u201eGesunde Lebenswelten\u201c<\/a> umgesetzt. The project to be evaluated, “Making health simple. Designing health promotion in workshops and residential facilities”<\/em><\/a> comprises two sub-projects.<\/p>\n

Das Teilprojekt der Fachhochschule Bielefeld zielt auf die praxisnahe Entwicklung eines konsistenten, wissenschaftsbasierten und zielorientierten gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalogs und Ideenkompendiums zur Verh\u00e4ltnis- und Verhaltenspr\u00e4vention f\u00fcr Wohn- und Werkst\u00e4tten f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung ab. Daraus soll ein modulartig anwendbares Portfolio erarbeitet werden, das eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Ma\u00dfnahmen und Ideen auf Verhaltens- und Verh\u00e4ltnisebene aus dem gesamten Bundesgebiet beinhaltet.<\/p>\n

Das Teilprojekt der Katholischen Hochschule f\u00fcr Sozialwesen Berlin (KHSB) entwickelt und erprobt einen Fachberatungsprozess zur gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Strukturentwicklung in Wohn- und Werkst\u00e4tten f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderung, um dort die Umsetzung von Ma\u00dfnahmen, die in Teilprojekt 1 entwickelt wurden, zu erm\u00f6glichen. This includes the development of a curriculum for specialist counsellors for workshops for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n

The<\/span> structuring framework for both sub-projects is the guideline<\/span> “Services for Health Promotion and Prevention in Living Environments<\/span> (\u00a720a SGB V<\/span> and the four fields of action specified therein:<\/span> nutrition, exercise, stress and addiction).<\/span><\/p>\n

nexus f\u00fchrt f\u00fcr dieses Vorhaben eine aktivierende Evaluation durch. Diese umfasst die partizipative Entwicklung und Anpassung des Evaluationskonzepts sowie einen kontinuierlichen Kooperations- und Begleitprozess des Verbundprojektes. Weiterhin steht die Wirkungsorientierung der beiden Vorhaben mit Bezug auf Verhaltens- und Verh\u00e4ltnisebene im Fokus.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt wird die Evaluation drei Ebenen betrachten: 1. Organisation \u2013 Setting Lebenswelt Wohn- und Werkst\u00e4tte, 2. Mittlerebene bzw. Fachkr\u00e4fte (Gesundheits-Team: Gesundheitskoordinator:innen, Gruppenleiter:innen, Sozialarbeiter:innen) sowie 3. die prim\u00e4re Zielgruppe – Menschen mit Behinderung (Besch\u00e4ftigte\/Bewohner:innen in WfbM). Dabei werden f\u00fcr die Erhebung jeweils spezifische, passende Instrumentarien entwickelt und ein sich erg\u00e4nzender Methodenmix gew\u00e4hlt, der das Wechselverh\u00e4ltnis von Wirkungen auf Struktur-, Prozess- und Ergebnisebene erkennbar werden l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n
