K\u00fcnftige Herausforderungen liegen darin, mit einem systematischen Wissensmanagement Spezialistenwissen verf\u00fcgbar zu machen, angefordertes Wissen z\u00fcgig bereitzustellen und schneller neues Wissen zu schaffen und umzusetzen. Wissensmanagement herk\u00f6mmlicher Pr\u00e4gung setzt hierbei auf die Verarbeitung von quantitativen Daten.<\/p>\n<p>Qualitative Daten wie Texte aller Art oder Multimediadokumente sind aber ebenfalls eine wichtige Wissensquelle. Um sie in Forschung und Entwicklung, Wirtschaft, Technik und Kultur effektiv nutzen zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen diese sogenannten &#8220;weichen&#8221;, nicht quantifizierbaren Daten systematisch aufbereitet und analysiert werden.
