Im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz, Ern\u00e4hrung und Landwirtschaft erarbeitet nexus in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin f\u00fcr Sozialforschung ein Konzept zum leitbildgest\u00fctzten Organisationslernen in der staatlichen Administration.<\/p>\n

In dem Projekt wird \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, inwieweit die Erfahrungen aus der Privatwirtschaft hinsichtlich der Entwicklung von Leitbildern und der daraus abgeleiteten Organisationskultur und -struktur auf den \u00f6ffentlichen Bereich \u00fcbertragen werden k\u00f6nnen. Dabei soll auch gekl\u00e4rt werden, welche Rahmenbedingungen und Prozesse f\u00fcr die Erarbeitung eines Leitbilds speziell im Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz, Ern\u00e4hrung und Landwirtschaft erforderlich sind und wie die Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter des Ministeriums f\u00fcr einen solchen Prozess gewonnen werden kann.<\/p>\n

Auf Grundlage dieser Analyse wird ein Beratungskonzept zum leitbildgest\u00fctzten Organisationslernen im BMVEL erarbeitet.<\/p>\n
