This structural reform is intended to enhance transparency and efficiency, increase the visibility of teaching and research, and promote a cooperative work culture. The nexus Institute supports the process with a methodologically sound approach based on the Theory of Change (ToC) and focuses on three key pillars: First, it provides targeted coaching and collegial advice to the HNEE&#8217;s executive board to strategically guide the transformation. Second, the central and decentralized structures of the university are functionally and culturally integrated through analyses, workshops, and close networking.
