Erste Ideen und Konzepte f\u00fcr die Nutzung und Gestaltung des 90.000 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfen Quartiers wurden der \u00d6ffentlichkeit bereits im Juli 2019 vorgestellt und sind seitdem weiterentwickelt worden. Einzelne Elemente der Planung sind dabei nicht unumstritten und haben zu einer \u00f6ffentlichen Diskussion gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mit dem B\u00fcrger:innengutachten zum PaketPost-Areal M\u00fcnchen sollen diese Diskussionen aufgegriffen und weiter vertieft werden. 100 im Zufallsverfahren ausgew\u00e4hlten B\u00fcrger:innen aus dem gesamten Stadtgebiet sollen sich dabei jedoch nicht nur mit dem umstrittenen Bau von zwei Hochh\u00e4usern besch\u00e4ftigen, sondern mit den verschiedenen Aspekten der Planung und Gestaltung des Areals intensiv auseinandersetzen, um anschlie\u00dfend eigene Empfehlungen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Stadtquartiers zu formulieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Das nexus Institut wurde von der Stadt M\u00fcnchen beauftragt, vier Planungszellen sowie die vorgelagerte Auftaktveranstaltung und Runden Tisch zur Themenfindung zu konzeptionieren konzipieren, organisatorisch vorzubereiten, durchzuf\u00fchren und auszuwerten.
