Kongress Armut &#038; Gesundheit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auch in diesem Jahr war der Bereich Gesundheit und Gesellschaft beim Kongress Armut &amp; Gesundheit am 17.\/18. M\u00e4rz vertreten. Der Beitrag mit dem Titel: \u201eLebenswelten Kita und Schule: Wie gelingen Ans\u00e4tze (partizipativer) famili\u00e4rer Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung? Erkenntnisse und Reflexionen aus einer partizipativen Evaluation\u201c zeigte verschiedene Aspekte der Partizipation im 2023 abgeschlossenen M\u00dcKE (<a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/modellvorhaben-zur-einbeziehung-von-familien-als-zielgruppe-in-massnahmen-der-praevention-von-uebergewicht-bei-kindern-und-jugendlichen-evaluation-mueke\/\"><strong>Modellvorhaben zur Einbeziehung von Familien als Zielgruppe in Ma\u00dfnahmen der Pr\u00e4vention von \u00dcbergewicht bei Kindern und Jugendlichen \u2013 Evaluation<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Die partizipative Gestaltung und Durchf\u00fchrung der Evaluation wie auch das Verst\u00e4ndnis und die Umsetzung von Beteiligung innerhalb der beiden evaluierten Modellprojekte wurden von zwei nexus-Mitarbeiterinnen aus dem ehemaligen M\u00dcKE-Projektteam vorgestellt. (<a href=\"https:\/\/cloud.nexusinstitut.de\/s\/EH8XCmoaBszzQYz\"><strong>zur Pr\u00e4sentation<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus war der nexus Gesundheitsbereich auch im Kontext eines aktuellen Evaluationsprojektes pr\u00e4sent. Im Themenbereich \u201eGesundleben am Wohnort\u201c blickte das Team von Grow Happy N\u00fcrnberg am zweiten Tag des Kongresses auf das erste Jahr im Projekt zur\u00fcck. Grow Happy N\u00fcrnberg ist ein Pr\u00e4ventionsprojekt des Gesundheitsamtes der Stadt N\u00fcrnberg zur F\u00f6rderung der psychischen Gesundheit junger Menschen. Projektziel ist die Verbesserung der gesundheitlichen Situation von Menschen in sozial schwierigen Lebenslagen durch Aufbau und Etablierung eines Pr\u00e4ventionsnetzes mit Aktivit\u00e4ten und Angeboten sowie St\u00e4rkung sozialr\u00e4umlicher Kooperationen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Prozess wird von nexus begleitet und evaluiert.
