Als Teil der Konzeptionsphase fand am 21. M\u00e4rz in N\u00fcrnberg ein partizipativer Ziel-Wirkung-Workshop vor Ort mit dem gesamten Projektteam statt. Neben der Projektleitung waren alle Gesundheitskoordinator:innen aus den vier Stadteilen sowie die Prozessbegleiterin beteiligt. Nach einem Gru\u00dfwort durch Klaus Friedrich, Medizinisch-fachlicher Leiter des Gesundheitsamts der Stadt N\u00fcrnberg, stellte die Projektleitung der Evaluation Tzvetina Arsova Netzelmann unser Institut und das geplante Evaluationsvorhaben vor.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einer kurzen inhaltlichen Einf\u00fchrung wurde ko-kreativ in Kleingruppen zum Thema Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung anhand des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;source=web&amp;rct=j&amp;opi=89978449&amp;url=https:\/\/gesundheitsfoerderung.ch\/sites\/default\/files\/migration\/documents\/Anleitung_Ergebnismodell_Gesundheitsfoerderung_Schweiz.pdf&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjMqt2CxI-FAxW98rsIHenbDYoQFnoECA4QAQ&amp;usg=AOvVaw3MrD6mPH5HMiyGbgNaV1O4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schweizer Ergebnismodells<\/a> gearbeitet. Ziel war es hier, in den Austausch zu kommen, gemeinsam den Fokus auf den verh\u00e4ltnispr\u00e4ventiven Ansatz zu legen und ausgew\u00e4hlte Ziele in den Bereichen \u201eStrategien in Politik und Organisation\u201c und \u201eSoziales Potenzial und Engagement\u201c zu sch\u00e4rfen und weiterzuentwickeln.
