This participatory process is to be continued. The project consists of three phases: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first phase involved holding three citizens&#8217; discussions in the summer of 2012 in the districts adjacent to Tempelhofer Freiheit on the development of the district-related peripheral areas of the park landscape.<\/li>\n<li>The second phase of the project focused on the elaboration of a more far-reaching participation strategy for the entire Tempelhofer Freiheit for the years 2013 to 2017.
