At the same time, the ecologically significant area is secured as an open space for nature, species and climate protection and is to be preserved in the future. The nexus Institute was commissioned by Gr\u00fcn Berlin GmbH, which manages the park, to carry out visitor monitoring in order to learn more about the use of Tempelhofer Feld. The 2014 visitor monitoring comprised four components: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a quantitative visitor count,<\/li>\n<li>a qualitative visitor survey using a standardised questionnaire,<\/li>\n<li>the conception and implementation of focus group discussions as well as<\/li>\n<li>the evaluation of the park supervision reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The analysis and findings from the different building blocks were finally summarised in a results documentation.
