Since the end of 2009, there has been intensive discussion on whether the Telangana region should be established as one of the three regions of Andhra Padesh as the new 29th state in India. In the first project work step, the organisational structures of energy, water and education are analysed. Then the project team prioritises the results. In the next step, the most important topic is discussed with experts in a salon. From the results of the salon, the project team develops practical recommendations for action. The state of Andhra Padesh came into being in 1956. Today, around 85 million people live in the state, which is divided into three regions and 23 districts.
