{"id":12442,"date":"2023-05-02T15:03:08","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T13:03:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/action-project-formulates-first-policy-recommendations\/"},"modified":"2023-05-02T15:03:08","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T13:03:08","slug":"action-project-formulates-first-policy-recommendations-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/en\/action-project-formulates-first-policy-recommendations-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ACTIon project formulates first policy recommendations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Erasmus+ ACTIon project partners from five countries met for the third time at the international meeting in Athens facilitated by the coordinator nexus and hosted by the Greek partner <a href=\"https:\/\/action.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Action Synergy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting started on 26<sup>th<\/sup> April with a policy workshop. Representatives of various education, social and youth policy sectors, including a deputy mayor, from Bulgaria, Greece and North Macedonia attended the workshop and outlined together with the ACTIon partner organisations different possibilities of cooperation, emphasizing the contribution of ACTIon\u2019s methodology approach and training programmes for youth participation to the advancement of policy implementation for youth social inclusion on a local and regional level. These have a particular importance for countryside municipalities and rural regions where education, youth work and participation opportunities for young people are insufficiently developed and lack structural support. And finally, Action Synergy moderated a workshop session where participants worked in country groups to brainstorm on the formulation of policy recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>During the following two days, on 27<sup>th<\/sup> and 28<sup>th<\/sup> of April the partner meeting focused on the results and learnings from the second phase of piloting the training programmes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.erasmus-action.eu\/our-training-programmes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DigiPAC and MOLA<\/a> in schools, community and youth work settings.
