Carlo Thomsen (M. Sc.) has been a research associate at the nexus Institute since 2022. He studied human geography at the University of M\u00fcnster and graduated with a Master of Science. In addition to his geography specialisation, he took political science modules and thus developed an interdisciplinary profile. <\/p>\n

One of the focal points of his work at the nexus Institute is sustainable mobility. At the nexus Institute, he is involved in a wide range of participatory projects aimed at making mobility systems fit for the future: more sustainable, fairer, more attractive, safer and more efficient. He also specialises in sustainability, climate protection and urban and regional planning. <\/p>\n

Carlo Thomsen has extensive experience in the conceptualisation and implementation of various participation formats, including citizens’ councils, planning cells, technology salons, online participation and stakeholder workshops. His methodological expertise also includes qualitative and quantitative social research methods. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
