Um die Bef\u00f6rderung der Dresdner Bev\u00f6lkerung bestm\u00f6glich umzusetzen und das Nahverkehrsangebot allgemein zu verbessern, ist eine stetige Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung notwendig. Produktfortschreibungen umfassen dabei Entwicklungen im Liniennetz sowie Ausbau- und Neubauvorhaben. So wird unter anderem geplant, bereits bestehende Streckenz\u00fcge der Stra\u00dfenbahn, Busse oder eine Kombination davon zu erneuern oder einen noch nicht vorhandenen Stra\u00dfenbahn- und Busverkehr mit Haltestellen neu in den Stra\u00dfenraum einzuordnen. Zudem umfasst die Entwicklung des Linienverkehrs die Einf\u00fchrung von neuen Linien, die Anpassung bereits bestehender Linien oder die Zusammenlegung von Linien.<\/p>\n<p>Da der \u00f6ffentlichen Personennahverkehr eine hohe gesellschaftliche Bedeutung einnimmt, ist eine hohe gesellschaftliche Akzeptanz w\u00fcnschenswert. Diese wird durch das Einbeziehen der Bev\u00f6lkerung mit Hilfe von Formaten der B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung angestrebt. Wenn Menschen mitentscheiden k\u00f6nnen, Hinweise und Meinungen geh\u00f6rt werden und auf die Belange der Bev\u00f6lkerung R\u00fccksicht genommen wird, erh\u00f6ht sich folgend die Akzeptanz einzelner Ma\u00dfnahmen.
