Dialogue Workshop “The Future of Hospital Planning in Thuringia

Between September 2022 and April 2023, a broad dialogue process will be conducted for the first time in Thuringia on behalf of the Thuringian Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Families (TMASGFF) in order to develop the focal points and topics for the new hospital plan of the state.

On behalf of the TMASGFF, AGETHUR is accompanying this long-term discussion process, which is aimed at the most important actors in the health sector and civil society across all sectors and whose first focus is the implementation of the dialogue workshop. This is conducted as a series of interdisciplinary stakeholder workshops. In September 2022, the Dialogue Workshop kick-off event was held in Erfurt with more than 50 stakeholders. The first results of the discussion were presented in the presence of the Minister President, Mr Bodo Ramelow. Participating stakeholders are representatives of state and local politics, state hospital associations, health insurance companies, the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, the State Medical Association, nursing and social services, self-help, trade unions and science. nexus moderates the multi-stakeholder dialogue process on behalf of the State Association for Health Promotion Thuringia (AGETHUR Thüringen), funded by the Thuringian Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family.

The other workshops will take place as face-to-face or online events between October 2022 and April 2023.
