Silvia Bronnert-Simon has been working as HR Manager at the nexus Institute since January 2026.

She studied Modern and Contemporary History, Political Science and Gender Studies in Hamburg and Berlin, where she completed her degree in 2008.

After graduating, she initially worked as a project manager in the music and design sectors. After transitioning into the administrative domain at a Berlin-based digital agency, her focus gradually shifted towards human resources management. In her most recent role, she was responsible for the full range of operational and strategic HR topics as Head of HR.

Her professional focus lies in the development and structuring of HR processes, personnel development, and the support of employees and teams during change processes—particularly at the intersection of organization, culture and collaboration.

In addition to her professional experience, she completed a two-year training program as a Systemic Coach at the Berliner Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie und Beratung, which she concluded in September 2025.
